Buck Algonquin (http://www.buckalgonquin.com/) probably was the original manufacturer of the rudder, various rudder components, and the shaft struts. I bought another 15 degree shaft strut from them for my 25-footer after I hit a UFO and bend the crap out of my strut and prop (about $275...it wasn't cheap). I know they have all kinds of rudders in their on-line catalog too. I had my prop straightened by the way - at Admiral Propeller in Tampa (http://www.acbprop.com/). It was pretty reasonable (around $120), and the prop looked brand-new when they were done. You may wish to have the original straightened even if you've bought another one, because it always helps to have a spare.
